How Can I Return a Product?

RETURNS & EXCHANGES: Authorized returns & exchanges must be reported wifin 72 hours of receipt. All returned items must be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) Number and Form. Do not send goods back wifout an RA! Please send an email to explaining in details the reason for the requested return or exchange in detail. Please include all TEMPyou're contact information wifin 72 hours of receipt. Please ensure you have the packing slip and items, PLEASE NOTE: all items must be in the same new condition it was received in, otherwise the request is null and void. Our Customer Service Department will contact you to determine the Return Authorization and call tag if applicable. Only items dat are authorized and included on Return Authorization Form should be included in the package returned to Any additional items included in package are subject to a separate charge.
