Your Empowerment GPA
Quote from book
“Take Back Your Power by CONFRONTING DIPLOMATICALLY
EMPOWERMENT is a strong sense of purpose, matched by a courageous feeling of value and worth. You grow your empowerment by growing and expanding your sense of purpose. Empowerment is having a healthy relationship with the environment in which you feel valued and approved. Empowerment is what happens when your intentions produce results that maintain or increase your sense of purpose and value – it doesn’t mean you always get what you want; but you are not diminished by an unforeseen outcome. When something is dissipating your energy, interfering with your decision-making ability, or weakening your sense of self – that’s disempowerment. You MUST take action. Energy flows with action. You cannot wait for energy to change. You must DO something to make it change. You must CONFRONT DIPLOMATICALLY and Take Back Your Power from whatever is blocking your empowerment.”
